The Narima Bungalow Resort is located in Klong Nin Beach, just a short drive from Kan Tiang Bay, on the unspoilt south coast of Ko Lanta.
Set amongst the coconut palms and rainforest trees of its own private bay, the 32 eco-chic bungalows offer understated, natural luxury, tranquil rainforest surroundings and the charming personal service of hosts, Dr. Nopawan and Dr. Yodchai Jotiban.
The resort has a large 3-tiered swimming pool. The highest level is a jacuzzi spa pool – great for enjoying the sunset with a cocktail.
The large main pool has an infinity view out to sea and onto the horizon. There is a wide step the length of the pool, which is perfect for reading a book on. The lower level has a small, shallow children’s pool.
All the buildings have been designed to the highest standards by one of Thailand’s best architects, and use natural materials that blend well into the quiet secluded setting. A warm welcome and personal service awaits you.
The Narima Resort is owned and managed by Thai couple Dr. Yodchai and Dr. Nopawan Jotiban.
Since adding PADI Dive Centre – Narima Diving, Yodchai has discovered a passion for Scuba Diving. At age 61 he gained his PADI Open Water certification. He now joins the dive trips regularly and recently experienced swimming with giant Manta Rays for the first time.
Nopawan is the driving force behind Narima. She personally ensures that every aspect of your stay is as perfect as humanly possible.
She is an absolute mine of information about the hidden delights of Ko Lanta and often takes guests on private tours to all her favourite places. At age 58 she accompanies guests on treks through the Mai Kaew Cave, is an avid Snorkeller and recently completed her first dives at Ko Haa.
Narima Resort Bungalows
Set amongst the coconut palms and rainforest trees the 32 eco-chic bungalows offer secluded privacy and stylish luxury, set within beautiful, wild, jungle-gardens.
Each A-Row & most B-Row bungalows have sea views of distant tropical islands, with a perfect sunset that can be viewed from your private balcony every evening.
The bungalows are simply but tastefully furnished with ceiling fan and air conditioning, a large double bed (24 rooms have an additional large single bed), fully stocked minibar, white-tiled hot shower and western-standard bathroom.
Furnishings are simple in construction and fittings are made from warm natural materials. The bungalows have a spacious, airy feel, with linen drapes on the ceiling and large French windows, which open onto your private roofed balcony, overlooking the Andaman Sea.
The balcony has a 2-person hammock and Japanese style reclining chairs made from sugar palm fronds. There are sliding mosquito mesh screens that can be closed during the evening if you want to leave the French windows open.
Your minibar is restocked daily with a choice of beers, soft drinks, two complementary (refillable) bottles of fresh drinking water, yogurt drinks and selection of chocolate.
Modern bathrooms are private but open air in traditional Thai style, with hot shower and western toilets. The large mirror is hand decorated with shells found on Narima’s beach.
Water in your bathroom comes direct from the mountain streams on Lanta and is purified by Narima’s own water purification system. This water is fresh, clean and pure enough for you to brush your teeth with (but not recommended for drinking).
