The LIQUID LENSE Go Photo Course is a 1-day introductory course designed to help you get the most out of an underwater camera without taking too much time out of your diving holiday in Ko Lanta.
Make two dives with a professional photographer at your side giving you expert tips and tricks to help you get the best out of a digital camera. You’ll be amazed at how much you can learn in just 1 day!
Take home a CD of all your underwater photos and some extra dive photos of you taken by your instructor!
What will I Learn during the Go Photo Course?
The Go Photo Course is designed for divers looking to get a quick introduction into underwater photography and those looking to capture some underwater holiday memories to take home and enjoy.
Make 2 dives with a professional photographer at your side giving you expert tips and tricks to help you get the best from a digital camera. Finish off with an easy introduction to digital editing techniques and burn a CD of your photos to take home and enjoy.
The Go Photo Course is designed to be flexible. If there is something particular you would like to learn, we can personalise your course itinerary to suit you.
Typical Go Photo Course Itinerary
Meet at Scubafish dive centre at 7.45am for a tea or coffee, before making your way to the dive boat, where you can relax and enjoy breakfast.
Learn about how to use your camera & underwater housing. Practice some basic photography techniques and key safety procedures, before making your first dive with one of our photography experts at your side.
During the surface interval, we have lunch, then discuss the first dive – giving you as much feedback as possible to make sure you get the most out of your next dive.
On the second dive, try some different subjects and shot types. Collect more great photos of our many fascinating underwater residents.
Arriving back at the dive centre at around 2pm, we’ll review your photos, give you an easy introduction to editing and burn a CD of your photos to take home and enjoy.

Who can participate in the Go Photo Course?
If you’re aged 10+ and have already completed the PADI Open Water Course (or equivalent), in general good health and fitness, and are not suffering from a cold or ear infection, you should be eligible to enrol on the Go Photo Course. Not a diver yet? Start today with PADI eLearning.

How often do you run courses?
Courses start every day at around 7:45am. You can book now, or come in to see see us while you’re on holiday in Ko Lanta. We offer free transfers to and from your resort in Ko Lanta for any of our dive courses or daily dive trips.
How much does it cost?
The price is 7,100 THB and includes all your training, dive equipment and camera rental.

We teach all of our underwater photography & videography courses in small groups to ensure that you receive the attention that you deserve.
On the dive boats, we supply breakfast, lunch, drinking water, soft drinks and fruit. We also provide a selection of fruit juices and towels on each trip.
