Scuba Review / Quick Refresh
If it's been more than 6 months since you last dived, we recommend brushing up your skills with a Short Refresher Course. If it's been over a year, we recommend a full PADI Scuba Review in the pool, the day before you dive.

Dietary Requirements
Please let us know if you cannot eat certain foods - On the boat, we normally serve Chocolate Croissants & Bananas for breakfast and Rice with a choice of 2 x Chicken dishes and 1 x Vegetarian dish for Lunch. It is possible for us to order you a Cheese or Chicken Baguette (instead of the Thai option) on request.
